Pre-tournament Festivities
Celebrity and guest arrival
Celebrity and guests will check into one of Arizona’s premier hotel properties located in the Sonoran Desert on an expanse of rugged Arizona landscape where the ancient vistas, mountains and roaming wild horses remain untouched. The 242-room, 10-story hotel offers the finest in upscale service and lodging. Guests can enjoy a Vegas style gaming experience, take in a show at the hotel’s 1400 seat showroom, or sit down to a first-class meal at one of the 8 restaurants and eateries including Shula’s Steak House. A specialty discounted rate is available to event participants. A confirmation email with a hotel reservation code will be emailed to all participants after registration is completed.
Practice Round
If arriving early, golfers and celebrities alike, can schedule a practice round at the Troon managed Whirlwind Golf Club at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel for Nov.10th. Tee times, at a discounted rate for registered golfers, can be secured. A confirmation email with the golf course code for securing a discounted tee time will be emailed to participants after registration is completed. Additional cost associated with practice round.

Sponsors, players and celebrities will walk the red carpet, grab a refreshing beverage, and get ready for a wonderful evening of food, spirits and entertainment in the Wild Horse Pass Hotel Ballroom lobby area. 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Come join in the pre-golf activities while mingling with celebrities and other guests. A continental breakfast will be available at Whirlwind Golf Club for golfers and celebrities.
Driving range and practice greens are available early for interested golfers.

Shot Gun Start
Golfers will enjoy 18-holes of golf on one of Whirlwind’s two championship courses. Covering 242 acres, with 92 acres of turfed area and 150 acres of desert landscape, Panks' design is "challenging but fair" for players of various handicaps.

Celebrities, golfers and sponsors will meet back at the clubhouse for a quick bite and spirits to finish out the day.
