I have been blessed with the opportunity to play Major League Baseball. Baseball has given me opportunities to positively influence others, provide for my family and compete against some of the best athletes in the world. If it were up to me, I'd encourage everyone to play baseball regardless of race, ethnicity, height, weight, age and even ability level. I am very excited that the baseball season is underway again.  Since returning to the diamond I have teamed up with Protege Sports to give you some helpful hints and tips on how to play centerfield. These are the same tips that helped me become a pro baseball player.

I will teach you how to catch a ball in the sun, play a ball off the wall, master the crow hop, and more.
