I have been blessed with the opportunity to play Major League Baseball. Baseball has given me opportunities to positively influence others, provide for my family and compete against some of the best athletes in the world. If it were up to me, I'd encourage everyone to play baseball regardless of race, ethnicity, height, weight, age and even ability level. The Torii Hunter Project is designed with kids in mind. I simply want to encourage our youth to play this great game of baseball. I welcome you all to my new site and encourage you to participate, email me and stay in touch.

The Torii Hunter Project is designed to stop the disappearance of the sandlot baseball diamond from our neighborhoods and communities and to provide America's youth in inner cities and poor rural communities, regardless of race or ethnicity, with opportunities to learn this great game.
